Last date for receipt of application (Self attested photocopies of all Educational (10, 10+2, Dip, UG, PG)/Experience certificates along with two photos to be attached with application form) is 14 Oct 2014. All Medical and Para Medical candidates should be registered with their respective national/state level councils. Self attested photocopy of registration certificate should be submitted along with the application form. Incomplete application in any form will be rejected forthwith. Application be addressed to “Station Headquarters(ECHS), Fort Saint George, Chennai – 600 009” Interview will be conducted on 25 Oct 2014 from 0930 hrs at Station Headquarters (ECHS), Fort Saint George, Chennai -09.
