a)     Master Degree; Degree in Ethnology, Anthropology, History of Tamil and / Degree or Diploma in Museology

b)    Ph.D in Organizing museum or Ethnology

c)     5 Years of Service in a managerial Capacity in a museum

• Technical Assistant (Electrical & Electronics) – 10^th + Diploma in Relevant Subject
• Driver – 10^th + driving license + 4 year Light & Heavy Vehicle Experience
• Vilangu Paramaripallar – 8^th Pass
• Thunaiventhar Illa Paniyalar – 8^th Pass

Pay Scale:

Arunkatchiyaka Kaappalar - Rs. 15,600- 39,100 plus Grade Pay 6,600/-

Technical Assistant - Rs. 5,200- 20,200 plus Grade Pay 2,800/-

Driver - Rs. 5,200- 20,200 plus Grade Pay 2,400/-

Vilangu Paramaripallar - Rs. 4,800- 10,000 plus Grade Pay 1,300/-
