Qualifications:  

1. Deputy Manager (Dairying) - Must Possess Degree and IDD/NDD or Post Graduate Degree in Dairy Science/ Dairying or B.Tech in food Technology / Dairy Technology/food processing from any approved Institutions
2. Deputy Manager (Dairy Chemist) - Must possess Post Graduate Degree in Dairy Science/ Dairy Chemistry/ Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry/
3. Extension Officer Grade - II - Must be a graduate in any discipline Must possess a Diploma in Cooperative Management from any recognized Cooperative Institution in Tamil Nadu B.A(Coop) / B.Com (Co.op) exempted from Cooperative training.
4. Executive (System) - Must possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Information Technology) / (Computer Science)/Master of Computer Application from a recognized University
5. Junior Executive (Office) - Must be a graduate in any discipline Must possess a Diploma in Cooperative Management. Exemption for B.A(Coop)/ B.Com (Co.op) from possessing cooperative training.
6. Light Vehicle Driver - Must have passed VIII std., Must be in possession of a valid Driving License to drive Light Vehicles Must have minimum 3 years experience as Light Vehicle Driver.
7. Technician (Refrigeration) - equivalent. ITI Certificate in Refrigeration & Airconditioning Mechanic with NTC
8. Technician (Boiler) - Pass in VIII Std. Must possess Boiler Attendant Certificate Gr.II / Gr.III issued by the Director of Boiler, Chennai to operate boilers as per the norms prescribed by the authority
9. Technician (Electrical) - SSLC / 10th Std. pass. Must posses ITI(Electrical) with National Trade Certifiate in Lineman / Wireman ( B License) Must have passed practical examination for wiring trade conducted by Electrical Licensing Board, Chennai.
10. Technician (Lab) - Must possess a pass in SSLC or its equivalent. Must possess 2 years Diploma in Lab (Technician) issued by the Govt./Govt. approved Institution
