Qualification:
1.
Time Scale Driver:
a.
Qualification: Valid Driving License for light and heavy
Motor Vehicles. Photocopy of the License duly attested by a Gazetted Officer
should be enclosed.
b.
Experience: At least 4 years driving experience of Light
and Heavy Motor Vehicles, provided that the candidates should have at least one
year experience of Driving Heavy vehicles and they must be in possession of
valid driving license to that effect.
2.
MV Mechanic (Skilled):
a.
Qualification: A Certificate in respective trade from any
Technical Institution recognized by the Government or VIII Standard pass with
experience of one year in the respective Trade
b.
Note: Skilled Mechanic Candidate must be able to
drive any Vehicle in service in order to test it and should possess a driving
license (Heavy).
Age Limit:
- Time Scale Driver - Age between 21 to 28 years of age as on 01.07.2015. (Relaxable for Government servant’s upto 35 years of age in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by Central Government)
- MV Mechanic (Skilled) - Age between 18 to 30 years as on 01.07.2015. (Age Relaxable Applicable as per orders issued by Central Government)
Pay Scale: Rs.5200- 20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
Selection Procedure: literacy test, Arithmetic
test and a Driving test
