Qualification: As on 01.01.2015
- Junior Assistant - Pass in 12th Pass or any other qualifications recognized equivalent thereto. Preference will be given to degree holders
- Typist - Minimum General Educational qualification. Preference will be given to degree holders. a) Typewriting English Higher and Typewriting Tamil Higher (or) b) Typewriting English Lower and Typewriting Tamil Higher (or) c) Typewriting English Higher and Typewriting Tamil Lower.
- Electrician Grade II - ITI certificate in the concerned trade + Must have previous experience in any electrical undertaking or engineering firm for a period of 3 years.
- Wireman Grade II - ITI certificate in the concerned trade + Must have previous experience in any electrical undertaking or engineering firm for a period of 3 years.
- Boilerman Grade II - Pass in S. S.L. C. or equivalent examination. Should possess IIlrd Grade Certificate issued by Chief Inspector of Boiler.
- Plumber - Must have an experience of not less than 3 years in the respective field or a Certificate in the appropriate trade issued by the I.T.I.
- Assistant Draughtsman - Diploma in Civil Engineering with Machine hand drawing as major subjects.
- Draughting Officer Grade III - A pass in the D.C.E. diploma examination conducted by the State Board of technical Education & Training, Tamil Nadu or A certificate granted by the I.T.I. Gov!. of Tamil Nadu for the completion of the course of Industrial Training in the trade Draughtsman (Civil)
Pay Scale:
- Draughting Officer Grade III - Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of RS.4200/-
- For All Other Posts - RS.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of RS.2400/- in
Selection Procedure: Interview
