Experience: 0 - 1 Years (2015 Batch)
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.
Responsible for entering Customer/Vendor orders into the Client
Order Entry applications.
2.
Acknowledge receipt of customer orders.
3.
Ensure all details match the Requisition/Purchase Order.
4.
Ensure accuracy of order receipt dates, entry dates, quantities,
billing units and any special instructions. Refer Management.
5.
Responsible for following up on shipments from plant and
follow/track shipments until customer receipt in destination country.
6.
Work closely with Client Transportation team, 3PLs.CHAs,.
7.
Ensure accuracy of inspection dates, port destination dates,
sailing/flight dates, port arrival dates, customs clearance dates, and customer
warehouse receipt dates.
8.
Any delays of shipments/lost shipments, etc. will be communicated
to the CAA for communication to Customer.
9.
Utilize SCORP to capture, track and communicate shipping status on
each in-transit transaction.Business services (quote /Pricing)
