How to Apply: Candidates will have to
bring the filled in application in the given format attached herewith to The New Zila parishad Meeting
Hall, 2nd floor, Zila parished Building Chinsurah, Hooghly-712101 with the following
enclosure in a walk- interview with a test of assessment for reading, writing
& analytical to be held on 28/11/2015 at 11am. The Candidates must report
within 10am (i) Self Attested Xerox copy of Madhya milk Mark Sheet & Madhya
milk Admit Card (ii) Self Attested Xerox copy of job Card (iii) Residential
Certificate from the concerned Block Development Officer (iv) Self- Attested
copy of the Appointment Letter Of Social Audit Volunteers who Were engaged in
any other organization in previous (v) I (One) copy recent Passport size Photo
