Qualification:
Steno-Typist -
i).A degree from a recognized University. ii). Pass in Higher Grade both
Tamil and English (Type-Writing), iii). Shorthand in English by Higher and Tamil
by Lower, iv). Knowledge in Computer Application
Telephone Operator - i).
Pass in +2 Government State Board Examination (or) Equivalent Qualification
ii). A certificate in Telephone Operation iii). Communication Skills
Driver -
i) VIII Std Pass, ii). Possession of a License for Driving Heavy Vehicles, and
First Aid Certificate iii) Experience in driving light/heavy vehicle for four
years
Office Assistant - i).
8th Std Pass ii). Knowledge of Tamil
Pay Scale:
Steno-Typist
- Rs. 5200 - 20200 + GP 2800/-
Telephone
Operator - Rs. 5200 - 20200 + GP 2400/-
Driver
- Rs. 5200 - 20200 + GP 2400/-

Assistant - Rs. 4800 - 10000 + GP 1300/-
Application Fee: The
Cost of Application Form Rs. 250/- for SC/ST (should produce copy of community
certificate) and for Differently Abled Person (appropriate certificate should
be attached) and Rs. 500/- for Other Community. By post for SC/ST and DAP Rs.
325/- and for other Community Rs. 575/-. The Demand Draft shall be drawn in
favour of “The Registrar, Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University”,
payable at Chennai of any Nationalized Bank. The application shall be
downloaded from the University Website-www.tnpesu.org.
