Qualification:
Executive
- Technical „A or „B‟ - Engineering Degree in Mechanical,
Industrial Engineering / Production or any degree with Mechanical background Candidates
with MBA in Marketing will be given preference
Senior Associate - Diploma
in Mechanical Engineering or any other Diploma with Mechanical Background
Junior Associates - ITI
in any discipline with Mechanical background, Diploma candidates preferably with an experience of 1-2 years in any
Discipline can apply for the post of Senior Associate „A‟ ITI candidates who
have undergone apprentice training in HMT & other PSUs can apply for the
post of Junior Associate “B”
Senior Associate “A” - Any Graduate with knowledge of
computers using MS Office OR Diploma in Secretarial practice with knowledge of
computers using MS Office + Candidates with an experience of 1-2 years in any
Discipline can apply for the post of Senior Associate
Age Limit: Candidates Age should be between 30 years as on 01.12.2015.
Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
Pay Scale:
Executive - Technical - Rs. 12000/-(1st Year),
Rs.14000/-(2nd Year)
Senior Associate/Junior Associate-A/B - Rs.
10000/-(1st Year), Rs. 11000/-(2nd Year)
Senior Associate-A - Rs. 10000/-(1st Year), Rs.
11000/-(2nd Year)
