Qualification:
Lecturer
- a) Master’s Degree with at least 55 % marks
or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed in
Women’s Studies / relevant subjects (Social Science / Humanities / Home Science
/ MSW / Psychology / Human Resource Management / Health Science related
Disciplines) from an UGC recognized Indian University with NET/ SLET/ SET (Or)
have been awarded Ph.D Degree in accordance with the UGC regulation, 2009. b)
If candidates from relevant subjects, must have experience in teaching /
research / field action / extension in Women’s Studies with the training
background in Women’s Studies.
Research
Associate - a) Good academic record/ with
doctoral degree (Ph.D) in Women’s Studies / relevant subjects (Social Science /
Humanities / Home Science / Social Work / Psychology / Human Resource
Management / Health Science related Disciplines) obtained from an UGC recognized
Indian University with at least 55 % marks or equivalent grade in a point scale
wherever grading system is followed in Master’s degree. b) If candidates from
relevant subjects, must have experience in women’s studies related research,
Training, Capacity Building and Feminist Research Methodology and qualitative
Research techniques
Research
Assistant - a) Master’s Degree with at
least 55 % marks or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system
is followed in Women’s Studies / relevant subjects (Social Science / Humanities
/ Home Science / Social Work / Psychology / Human Resource Management / Health
Science related Disciplines) from an UGC recognized Indian University. b) If
candidates from relevant subjects, must have experience in teaching / research
/ field action / extension in Women’s Studies.
Professional
Assistant - a) Master’s Degree with at

computer and pass in lower grade type writing course in both Tamil and English
is preferred, with knowledge of official filing system, front office management
etc.
