Qualification:
(i) Executive Trainee
-Personnel/Human Resource (HR) - Full time MBA with specialization in Personnel Management
(HR as Main or Major Subject)/HRD/HRM or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel
Management/IR/Labour Welfare or Minimum 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma
in PMIR/Labour Welfare or Master in Social Work or MHROD from recognized
University/Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority-Desirable
Qualification: LLB
(ii) Executive Trainee -IT- Full Time B.E / B.Tech
/ B.Sc (Egg. /Technology) /MCA/Level “B” examination in Computer Science from
recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate Statutory
Authority in India.
(iii) Personal Secretary - Graduate with 100 w.p.m shorthand and 40 w.p.m. typing speed
in English or 80 w.p.m shorthand and 30 w.p.m. typing speed in Hindi .Should
have knowledge of MS Office.
(iv) Hindi Translator - Graduate (Hindi & English), Recognized
Diploma or Certificate Hindi translator
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years
for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates subject to condition that maximum age of
the applicant as on 27.02.2016 shall not exceed 56 yrs. Relaxation in Upper Age
limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
Pay Scale:
Executive Trainee (Personnel) - Rs. 20600-3%-46500/-
Executive Trainee (IT) - Rs. 20600-3%-46500/-
Personal Secretary - Rs. 17000-3%-37000/-
Hindi Translator - Rs. 17000-3%-37000/-
Selection Procedure: Written Test /Skill Test, Personal Interview
