Qualification:
1.
Safety Officer:
A)
Possesses a 1st Class Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology, and
practical experience of working in any factory in a supervisory capacity for a
period of not less than two years, or experience of not less than five years in
training education, consultancy or research in accident prevention in any
industry OR
B)
Possesses A 1st Class Degree in Physics or Chemistry or a 1st Class Diploma in
any branch of Engineering or Technology: and ii) Practical experience of
working in any factory in a Supervisory capacity for a period of not less than
five years and
C)
Possesses adequate knowledge of Marathi language.

Welfare Officer:
A) 1st
class Graduate with Diploma or Master’s Degree course recognized by Maharashtra
State, as per Maharashtra Welfare Officers (duties, qualifications and
conditions of service) Rules,1966 (enclosed as Annexure -A) i.e. MSW/
MA(IP&PM)/ PG Diploma in Labour Welfare etc., and
B) Enrolled
in the list maintained by the Director, Industrial Safety & Health,
Maharashtra, Mumbai for appointment of Welfare Officer in any Factory, and
C)
Possesses adequate knowledge of Marathi language. Experience: a) Minimum 2
years of post qualification experience in any industry/ Factory as Welfare
Officer/Personnel Officer/HR Executive in HR or Welfare Dept + Minimum 2 years
of post qualification experience
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed 18 to 30 years. Relaxations
in upper age limit For OBC 3 Years, For SC/ST Candidates 5 Years. Candidates Relaxation
in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
