‘C’ (Social Science):
Essential
qualification & Experience:
First Class
Master’s degree in Social Work Sociology Psychology Anthropology from a
recognized University with 4 years R & D teaching experience in the
relevant subject, after Master’s degree (OR)
Second
class Master’s degree in Social Work Sociology Psychology Anthropology + Ph.D. in
the relevant subject from a recognized University with 4 years R & D /
teaching experience, after Master’s degree + Ph.D
Desirable Qualification:
(i) Doctorate in the
above subjects from a recognized University.
(ii) Additional Post
doctoral research / teaching experience in the above subjects in recognized
institute(s) in health research.
(iii) Knowledge of Computer
Applications
Scientist
‘B’ (Statistics):
Essential qualification
& Experience: First Class Master’s degree in Statistics from a recognized
university. OR second class M.Sc.in Statistics + Ph.D. in Statistics from a
recognized University.
Desirable qualifications:
(i) Doctorate in
Statistics from a recognised University.
(ii) Additional Post
doctoral research/teaching experience in Statistics in recognized institute(s)
(iii) Knowledge of
Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management. (iv) Two
years R & D in health research / Teaching experience in Statistics after
obtaining essential qualification.
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (For post 1 - 40 Years), (for Post 2 - 35 Years) Relaxations in
upper age limit For OBC 3 Years, For SC/ST Candidates 5 Years. Candidates
Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
Pay Scale:
1.
Scientist ‘C’ - Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600/
2.
Scientist ‘B’ - Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/
