Qualification:
1.
Consultant (equivalent to Grade D) - MBA (Finance) / Chartered
Accountant / Company Secretary / Post Graduate + Minimum 10 years in Financial
sector / Law firms along with 5 years experience
2.
Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’- Graduation from recognized University or
equivalent. Proficiency in computers is essential + an officer with minimum 5
years commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force.
3.
Private Secretary Grade ‘A’ - I. Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum
60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. II A Pass in Stenography
Lower / Junior Grade Examination in English conducted by State Board of
Examination / Board of Technical Examination / Board of Technical Education and
Training III A Pass in Typewriting Higher / Senior Grade Examination in English
conducted by State Board of Examination / Board of Technical Examination /
Board of Technical Education and Training
4.
Manager Grade ‘B’ (Electrical Engineer) - Graduation in Engineering in
Electrical with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
Post Graduates in the same discipline will be preferred
5.
Manager Grade ‘B’ - Post Graduation Degree in Economics from a
recognized University. Candidates should have excellent communication and
writing skills
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (For post 1 - 25 to 35 Years), (for Post 2 - 21 to 28 Years), (for post 3 - 24 to 32 Years), (for Post 4 - 21 to 28 Years),(for Post 5 - 35 to 55 Years).Candidates
Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
Pay Scale:

Consultant (equivalent to Grade D) - Rs. 47,000/-

Manager Grade ‘A’- Rs. 47,000/-
