Qualification:
(1) Masters degree in Law
from any recognized University in India.
(2) Specialization on the
subjects of Commercial Law
Experience: 20 years of experience in Central / State /
Public Sector Undertakings as Legal Advisor.
Desirable experience: Thorough knowledge of
electricity laws especially the Electricity Act, 2003. Good knowledge and
understanding of the electricity sector. Experience in having dealt with
matters relating to Regulatory Commissions or agencies.
Age Limit: If on deputation minimum 55 years of age. If on contract
should have completed 55 years with a maximum age limit of 62 years and shall
cease to hold the post after he / she attains the age of 65 years.
