Qualification:
1.
Chief, Corporate Relations - Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in
any subject from a reputed institution, with good academic record. An MBA
(preferably with HR specialization) from a reputed Institute will have an added
advantage + Minimum 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience
2.
Senior Administrative Officer - Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in
Personnel Management/Public Administration (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in any
subject from a reputed institution, with good academic record + Minimum 10
years (6 years for SC/ST) of post-qualification administrative experience
3.
Administrative Officer (Establishment and Administration) - MBA in
Human Resource Management or other equivalent Post-Graduate degree or diploma
(under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in HRM/Personnel Management. Degree in Law is an
added advantage. Good academic record is required + minimum 7 years (5 years
for SC/ST) of relevant post-qualification supervisory experience

Secretary to Director - Post-Graduate degree or Diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2
scheme) in any subject. Good academic record is required. Having a
Post-Graduate degree or diploma in management will be an added advantage.
Qualifications in secretarial practice will get preference + Minimum 5 years (3
years for SC/ST) of relevant post-qualification experience

Superintendent (Establishment and Administration) - Post-Graduate
degree or diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in HRM/Personnel Management or
equivalent. Degree in Law is an added advantage. Good academic record is
required + minimum 5 years (3 years for SC/ST) of relevant post-qualification
experience

Accounts Officer - M.Com/B.Com (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) with
CA/ICWA/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Good academic record is required. MBA is
an added advantage. Sound knowledge in finance and accounts + Minimum 5 years
(3 years for SC/ST) of relevant post-qualification experience + A degree (under
10+2+3 scheme) in commerce or an equivalent professional qualification. Good
academic record. Sound knowledge in finance and accounts

Accountant - A degree (under 10+2+3 scheme) in commerce or an equivalent professional
qualification. Good academic record. Sound knowledge in finance and accounts +
Minimum 3 years (2 years for SC/ST) of relevant post-qualification experience

Junior Engineer (Civil) - Degree/diploma (under 10+2+4/3 scheme) in civil
engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed
institution, preferably with experience or additional qualification in handling
electrical work. Good academic record is required. Sound knowledge of civil project
design and implementation Having a Post-Graduate degree or diploma in
management may be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (For Post 1 - 60 Years), (for Post 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 - 40 Years), (for Post 3 - 35 Years), (for Post 8 - 45 Years) Candidates
Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules

Corporate Relations - Rs. 77,000/- p.m.
2. Senior
Administrative Officer - Rs.15600-39100 & Grade pay Rs.6600/-
3. Administrative
Officer (Establishment and Administration) - Rs. 9300-34800 & Grade
pay Rs. 5400/-
4.
Secretary to Director - Rs.9300-34800 and grade pay Rs.4600/-
5.
Superintendent (Establishment and Administration) - Rs. 9300-34800 & Grade
pay Rs. 4600/-
6. Accounts
Officer - Rs.9300-34800 and grade pay Rs.4600/-
