Qualification:
I. Engineering Apprentices & II. Trade Apprentices:
I. Engineering Apprentices:
1. Graduate Apprentices - Degree in respective branch of Engg. from recognized University
2. Technician Apprentices - Diploma in respective branch of Engg. from recognized institute
3. Technician (Vocational) - Pass out of designated vocational subject at 10+2 level
II. Trade Apprentices:
1.
Electrician - S.S.C + ITI (NCVT / SCVT) in respective Trade
2.
Mechanic Communication Equipment Maintenance - Passed 10th
class examination with science under 10+2 systems of education or equivalent +
ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Mechanic cum operator Electronic communication system OR 2.
Electronic Mechanic OR 3 Information Technology Electronic system
3.
Shipwright (Steel) - Passed 10th class under 10+2 system of education or
equivalent. Desirable:- Passed SSLC with science (Physics and Chemistry) and
Maths or its equivalent or passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system with
science & Mathematics as subjects + ITI (NCVT/ SCVT) in Fitter
4.
Pump Operator cum Mechanic- Passed 10th under 10+2 system of education
with Science or its equivalent + ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in 1. Pump Mechanic OR 2 Pump
operator cum Mechanic
5.
Mechanic (Marine Diesel) - Passed 8th class examination or its equivalent
+ ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Mechanic Diesel
6.
Refrigeration & Air conditioning Mechanic - Passed 10th class
examination with Science (Physics & Chemistry) and Mathematics under 10+2
system of education or its equivalent + ITI (NCVT/ SCVT) in Refrigeration and
Air Conditioning Mechanic
7.
PASAA- 12th + ITI in COPA Trade (NCVT only)
8.
Mechanic (Marine Diesel) - Passed 10th class examination under 10+2
systems of education or its equivalent + Broad Based Basic Training in
Information Technology Sector under Centre of Excellence Scheme and Advanced
Module of Centre of Excellence Scheme in Repair and Maintenance of Hardware of
Computer and Peripherals.

Computer and Peripherals Hardware Repair and Maintenance Mechanic- Passed 10th
class examination under 10+2 systems of education or its equivalent + Broad
Based Basic Training in Information Technology Sector under Centre of
Excellence Scheme and Advanced Module of Centre of Excellence Scheme in n
Computer Networking.
10.
Computer Operator and Programming Assistant -Passed 12th class
examination under 10 + 2 system of education with science or commerce or duly
recognized diploma in engineering (other than computers) from any polytechnic for three years duration + ITI Computer
Operator
11.
Secretarial Assistant - Passed 12th class examination under 10 +2 system of
education or its equivalent. + ITI secretarial practice/Stenography
12.
Stenographer - Passed 12th class examination under 10 +2 system of
education or its equivalent + ITI Stenography
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (For Trade Apprentices - 26 Years), (for Engineering/ Diploma
Apprentices -
25 Years). As on 01.10.2016Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be
provided as per Govt. Rules
Pay Scale:
1.
Electrician - Rs. 7452/- per month
2. Mechanic
Communication Equipment Maintenance - Rs. 7452/- per month
3.
Shipwright (Steel) - Rs. 6624/- per month for 1st year & Rs. 7452/- per
month for 2nd year of training
4. Pump
Operator cum Mechanic - Rs. 7452/- per month
5. Mechanic
(Marine Diesel) - Rs. 6624/-p.m for 1st year & Rs. 7452/- p.m for 2nd year
of training.

Refrigeration & Air conditioning Mechanic - Rs. 7452/- per month
