Qualification:
1.
Scientist D:
Educational/Academic
Qualifications - Post Graduate degree in engineering in any one of
the following specializations: Water Resources/ Hydrology/ Hydraulics/
Irrigation/Environmental Egg/Remote Sensing & GIS AND having B.E/ B.Tech.
Degree or equivalent in: Civil Egg. /Agricultural Egg. OR
Ph.D. in any one of the following specializations: Water Resources/ Hydrology/
Physics/ Chemistry/ Earth Sciences/ Geo hydrology/ Hydrogeology/ Water Quality.
Discipline in which the candidate should have Post Graduate degree: Water
Resources/Hydrology/Physics/Chemistry/Earth Science.
Experience
- Experience of 6years in Research & Development organizations and/or
academic and/or industrial institutions

Scientist C:
Educational/Academic
Qualifications - B.E./B.Tech degree or equivalent in any one of the
following: Civil Egg/Agricultural Egg. / Instrumentation, OR Post-graduate
degree in any one of the following: Water Resources/Physics/
Chemistry/Hydrology/Earth Sciences/ Instrumentation.

Scientist B:
Educational/Academic
Qualifications - For a Bachelor in engineering holding a Master’s
degree in Engineering, the time spent on Master’s degree before joining the
first regular service will be considered as research experience up to a maximum
two years, and a post graduate holding a Ph.D. degree in engineering before
joining the first regular service will be considered as research experience up
to a maximum of five years.
(ii) For a
Master’s degree in Science holding a Ph.D. in Sciences before joining the first
regular service, the time spent on Ph. D. shall be considered as research
experience up to a maximum of three years.
Experience
- Experience of 2 years in Research & Development organizations and/or
academic and/or industrial institutions
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (For post - 50 Years), (For Post 2 - 40 Years),
(For Post 3 - 35 Years) Candidates
Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
Pay Scale:
1.
Scientist D - Rs. 15,600- 39,100 plus Grade Pay Rs.7600/-
2.
Scientist C - Rs. 15,600- 39,100 plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
3.
Scientist B - Rs. 15,600- 39,100 plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
