Qualification:
1. Project In-Charge
Qualification
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil / Electrical/ Chemical.
Experience -
A minimum of 20 years’ experience in Cement Projects, Project management and
execution.
2. Manager (Marketing)
Qualification
- Qualification - A pass in M.B.A - Regular course with specialisation in
Marketing from recognised Institution. Experience - A minimum of 7 years
experience in Cement marketing field is a must. Out of which at least 3 years
as Asst. Manager (Mkg) in a reputed Cement Company
Experience -
A minimum of 10 years experience in Cement marketing field is a must. Out of
which at least 5 years as Deputy Manager (Mkg) (or) senior position in a
reputed Cement Company.
3. Deputy Manager
(Marketing)
Qualification
- A pass in M.B.A - Regular course with specialisation in Marketing from
recognised Institution.
Experience -
A minimum of 7 years experience in Cement marketing field is a must. Out of
which at least 3 years as Asst. Manager (Mkg) in a reputed Cement Company
4. Assistant Manager
(Mines)
Qualification
- B.E(Mining) with II Class Mines
Manager Certificate (Restricted under)MMR 1961.
Experience -
Minimum of Two years experience in open cast metalliferous mines after
completion of B.E. Mining
5. Mines Executive
Qualification
- B.E (Mining) (or) Diploma in
Mining with II Class Mines Manager Certificate (Restricted) under MMR 1961.
Experience -
Experience in open cast metalliferous mines will be given preference.
6. Accounts Executive
Qualification
- C.A. Inter (or) ICWA Inter (or) MBA - Regular course with specialisation
in Finance from recognised Institution.
Experience -
Preference will be given to experienced candidates.
7. Office Assistant - cum Driver
Qualification
- VIII Std. Pass to X Std. Fail. Must possess valid LVD Licence.
Possession of Heavy Vehicle Licence is desirable.

- Experienced candidates will be given preference
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (For Post 2 - 45 Years),
(For Post 3 - 42 Years), (For Post 4 - 35 Years), (For Post 5, 6, 7 - 30 Years)
