Educational Qualification:
1.
Engineering Assistant (Trainee) - Full time
Diploma in engineering at least 3 years duration in the relevant subject.
2.
Technician - SSLC + ITI + one year apprenticeship training (OR)
Three years National Apprenticeship Certificate in relevant trade.
3.
Clerk-cum-Computer Operator - 3 years Diploma in Commercial
Practice and knowledge in computer operations.
4.
Jr. Supervisor (Security) - SSLC+15 years in the armed forces
and JCO.
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
BEL Recruitment Age Limit Should be between 18 to 28 Years. The Upper age limit
is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with
Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for
Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will

Pay Scale:
1.
Engineering Assistant (Trainee) - Rs.10050-3%-25450/- +
admissible allowances
2.
Technician - Rs.8740-3%-22150/- + admissible allowances
3.
Clerk-cum-Computer Operator - Rs.8740-3%-22150/- + admissible allowances
4.
Jr. Supervisor (Security) - Rs.10050-3%-25450/- + admissible
allowances
Selection Procedure: Written Test, Trade Test
(Practical Test/ Skill Test), Physical Endurance Test (whichever applicable)
