Eligibility Criteria
for HSL Recruitment 2016
Educational Qualification:
1.
Additional General Manager - Engineering Graduate from a
recognized University in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic with an aggregate
of not less than 60% of marks in qualifying exam.
2.
Additional General Manager - Graduate in any discipline from a
recognised University with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in the
qualifying examination
Desirable
- Diploma or Course in ‘Security’
3.
Deputy General Manager:
Essential
- Graduate in any discipline with PG Degree / Two year PG Diploma in
Labour & Social Welfare or Labour Studies or PM & IR or HR Management
or MBA with Personnel Management awarded by recognized Universities /
Institutes registered with AICTE with not less than 50% marks in qualifying
examination.
Desirable
- Degree in Law
Age Limit: (As on 24.09.2016)
Candidate’s
HSL Recruitment Age Limit Should not exceed (Post 1 -
48 Years), (Post 2 - 45 Years). The Upper
age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper
