About Tamilnadu Aavin: Aavin is
the trademark of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers' Federation Limited, a
Tamil Nadu-based milk producer's union. Aavin procures milk, processes it and
sells milk and milk products to consumers. The Dairy Development Department was
established in Tamil Nadu in the year 1958 to oversee and regulate milk
production and commercial distribution in the state. The Dairy Development
Department took over control of the milk cooperatives. It was replaced by the
Tamil Nadu Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Limited in the year 1981.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
1.
Manager (Engg) - Must possess a Bachelor Degree in
Electrical / Electronics and Communication / Instrumentation / Automobile /
Mechanical Engineering / Dairy Technology from recognized University
2.
Deputy Manager (Dairy) - Must possess degree and IDD/NDD or
Post Graduate degree in Dairy Science/Dairying or B.Tech in Food
Technology/Dairy Technology/Food processing from any approved institutions
3.
Extension Officer Gr.II - Must be a graduate in any discipline.
Must have passed in Co-operative Training. Exemption for holders of degree in
B.A(Co.op) or B.Com (Co.op) from passing Cooperative training
4.
Executive (Office) - Post Graduate Degree and pass in
Cooperative Training
5.
Technician (Boiler) - 1. Pass in VIII Std. 2. Must possess
Boiler Attendant Certificate Gr.II/Gr.III issued by the Director of Boiler
,Chennai, to operate boilers as per the norms prescribed by the authority
6.
Technician (Refrigeration) - 1. Pass in X std / SSLC or its
equivalent. 2. ITI Certificate in Refrigeration & AirConditioning mechanic
with NTC.
