Eligibility Criteria
for CSIO Recruitment 2016
Educational Qualification:
1.
Project Assistant Level II - B.Tech. in Electronics/
Instrumentation/ Electronics and Communication/Mechanical Design or equivalent
Desirable
- 1 st class M.E. / M. Tech. in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electronics
and Communication / VLSI Design / Mechanical Design and Analysis or
equivalent4. . Experience in Electronics/ Instrumentation / VLSI Design /
Embedded System / Mechanical Design and Analysis.
2.
JRF - M.Sc. in Physics/ Electronic Sciences/Applied
Physics/ Applied Optics or equivalent4 with valid GATE/ NET in relevant field
or M.E. / M.Tech. in Applied Optics/ Optoelectronics/ Photonics or equivalent4
. Desirable: Work experience on handling of Optical Fiber, Light Coupling of
Fiber and Knowledge of Computer Programming.
3.
Scientist B - Master’s degree in Computer Applications/Information
Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent4 or B.E/B.Tech. degree in Computer
Science and Engineering/Information Technology/Software Engineering or
equivalent4 from a recognized university with two years’ experience Or 1 st
class M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering/Information
Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent4 from a recognized university. Or
2 nd class Master’s degree + Ph.D. degree in Computer Science /Information
Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent4 from a recognized university.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Linux/RDBMS/SQL/JavaFX/J2EE/ RESTfull Web Services/Maven/HTML5/
Android/Eclipse IDE
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
CSIO Recruitment Age Limit Should not exceed (Post 1,2 -
28 Years), (Post 3 - 35 Years). The Upper
age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper
