Eligibility Criteria
for NIELIT District Manager Jobs 2016
Educational Qualification:
1.
Graduate in any discipline
2.
Must be at least CCC level proficiency in computer from NIELIT, or have passed
Diploma course on Computer Application from any recognized Institution
3.
Experience in sales/ marketing and field work
Willingness
to travel across the district at the Gram Panchayats and Common Services
centers
Prior
project management experience
Applicant
should be from the same district.
5.
Good people management and commununication skills
Result
oriented and self-motivated for working in rural areas and across reporting
structure.
6.
Experience in e-Governance related projects of organizations/ departments/ NGO/
Non-Profit Organization.
7.
Should be able to communicate in local language and have proficiency in verbal
and written communication in English.
8.
Should be resident of the same district
Age Limit: (As on 10.10.2016)
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should be between 24 to 35 years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5
years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15
years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt.
of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as

Pay Scale: Rs20,
500 (Rs 16,500 + Rs 500 for mobile phone, Rs 500 for internet data card, Rs
3,000 for TA/DA)
