Educational Qualification:
1.
Semi Skilled (D) (Welder) / Semi Skilled (C) (Welder) / Semi Skilled (B)
(Welder) - SSLC and National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Welder
Trade with not less then 60% of marks and National Apprenticeship Certificate
(NAC).
For
Semi Skilled (D): Should have minimum 5 years of Post Qualification experience
as on 01/10/2016
For
Semi Skilled (C): Should have minimum 10 years of Post Qualification experience
as on 01/10/2016
For
Semi Skilled (B): Should have minimum 15 years of Post Qualification experience
as on 01/10/2016

Semi Skilled (D) (A.C. & Refrigeration) / Semi Skilled (C) (A.C. &

SSLC and National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Mechanic (Refrigeration &

General Manager (Finance) - Chartered Accountant / Cost
Accountant + Should have minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in
reputed industrial organization as on 01/10/2016 . Should have worked as head
of finance function in a reputed public company for a minimum period of 3
years. Should have exposure in Project Finance, Funds Mobilization, Funds

General Manager (Civil) - First Class full time B.E. / B. Tech.
in Civil Engineering. + Should have minimum 29 years of post qualification
experience as on 01/10/2016 in an industrial establishment or Public Sector
Corporation or in a reputed Civil Construction Company and involved in the
construction/ maintenance of Industrial, Commercial, residential complexes,
infrastructure development works ,Project Planning, Estimation, Tendering,
Execution and Project monitoring of Concrete, Structural and/or Pre-Engineered
/ Pre cast buildings.

General Manager (Marketing) - (a) First class full time
Engineering Degree with First class MBA(Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in
Marketing Management. (or) (b) First Class Full time Degree in Arts / Science /
Commerce with First Class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing
Management. (or) (c) First class Full time MBA (Marketing) + Minimum 29 years
