Eligibility Criteria
for UPUMS Associate Professor, Assistant Professor Jobs 2016
Educational Qualification:
1.
Professor - A postgraduate qualification e.g. M.D./M.S. or a
recognized qualification equivalent
2.
Associate Professor - As Assistant Professor in the concerned
subject for four years in a recognized medical college/ Institute. (After MD/MS
6 years teaching experience from recognized medical college/ Institute.) (ii)
Minimum of two Research publications as a First/Second Author in index/national
journals during the tenure of the Assistant Professor.
3.
Assistant Professor - Recognized postgraduate (MD/MS.)
qualification in the subject. (ii) Three years post PG. teaching experience
from recognized medical college/Institute
4.
Lecturer - Recognized postgraduate (MD/MS.) qualification in
the subject
5.
Physicist cum Lecturer - M.Sc. in Medical Physics from a
recognized University OR M.Sc. in Physics from a recognized University with a
Postgraduate Diploma in Radiological Physics or equivalent from a recognized
University/Institute.
Age Limit: (As on
01.07.2016)
Candidate’s

Associate Professor - Rs. 37400-67000 Rs. 9,000/-

Lecturer - Rs. 15600-39100 Rs. 5,400/-
5.
Physicist cum Lecturer - Rs. 15600-39100 Rs. 5,400/-
