Eligibility Criteria
for IOCL Junior Engineering Assistant Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
1. Junior Engineering
Assistant-IV (Fire & Safety) - Matric plus
Sub-Officers’ Course from NFSC-Nagpur or Equivalent (Regular Course) from any
other recognized institute, with Heavy Vehicle Driving License. + Minimum one
year of post qualification experience
2. Junior Engineering
Assistant – IV (Instrumentation) - 3 years Diploma in
Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Electronics / Instrumentation &
Control from a recognized Institute/University + Minimum one year of post
qualification experience
3. Junior Engineering
Assistant – IV (Power & Utilities – Operations & Maintenance) -
3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Institute/ University
+ Minimum one year of post qualification experience
4. Junior Engineering
Assistant -IV (Mechanical - Fitter-cum-Rigger) -
3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized Institute/ University
OR Matric with ITI in Fitter Trade with pass class. + Minimum one year of post
qualification experience
5. Junior Engineering
Assistant -IV (Production) - 3 years Diploma in
Chemical / Refinery & Petrochemical Engg. or B.Sc.(Math, Physics, Chemistry
or Industrial Chemistry) from a recognized Institute / University + Minimum one
year of post qualification experience
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should be between 18 to 26 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5
years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15
years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt.
of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as
