Eligibility Criteria
for Income Tax Department Tax Assistant, MTS Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
Note: Sports Persons Only Eligible to Apply
1.
Income Tax Inspector - Degree of a recognized University or
equivalent.
2.
Tax Assistant - Degree of a recognized University or
equivalent. (ii) Having data entry speed of 8,000 Key depressions per hour
3.
Stenographer Grade II - 12th class pass or equivalent from a
recognized board or University. (ii) Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per
minute. (iii) Transcription 50 words per minute (English) or 65 words per
minute (Hindi) (Only on Computer)
4.
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) - Matric with 12th class pass or
equivalent from a recognized board or University

Age Limit: (As on 01.06.2017)
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should be Minimum 1 8 years and maximum 30 years. The Upper age limit
is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with
Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for
Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will
