Eligibility Criteria
for NIRD Clerk, Typist Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
1.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC):
i)
Graduate from recognized University.
ii)
5 years experience in any Government Office/Undertaking or an Autonomous Body
with Knowledge of Government rules regulations and office procedure.
iii)
Speed of 25 w.p.m. in Typewriting
2.
LDC/Typist:
1.
12th class or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University.
2.
A typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on manual
typewriter. OR A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on
computer. (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an
average of 5 key depressions for each word).
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 -
35 years), (For post 2 - between 18 and 27
years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC,
10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years
for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation
in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go through NIRD
