Eligibility Criteria
for IIT Madras JE, Junior Assistant Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
1.
Registrar - A Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or
its equivalent grade. At least 15 years experience as Assistant Professor in
AGP of Rs.7000/- (or equivalent V CPC Scale) and above or 8 years of service in
the AGP of Rs.8000/- (or equivalent V CPC Scale) and above including as
Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration. OR 15
years of administrative experience, of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar in GP
7600 or an equivalent post.
2.
Systems Engineer - M.E. / M. Tech in CSE with 60% and
above or equivalent CGPA with 8 years experience or B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in CSE with
60% and above or equivalent CGPA with 10 years experience in Senior Position in
reputed Computer Organisation
3.
Security Officer - Graduate with 8 years experience in
Supervisory grade plus Military/NC/FF training and able to ride light
vehicle/Motor cycle and handle arms.
4.
Junior Engineer - Degree in Civil / Electrical
Engineering with 2 years relevant experience OR Diploma in Civil / Electrical
Engineering with 5 years relevant experience
5.
Staff Nurse - B.Sc. in Nursing with 2 years experience OR 3 years Diploma in
Nursing & Midwifery with 5 years experience
6.
Junior Technician - Diploma** in Engineering/ Bachelor's
degree in Science OR Post SSLC with 2 year ITI course with two year relevant
experience. Streams: Electrical Electronics and Instrumentation Mechanical
Computer Science Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Allied Science Glass Blowing ***
7.
Junior Assistant - Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science or
Humanities including Commerce with knowledge of computer operations
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (For Junior Technician - 27 Years, For Junior
Assistant - 27 Years, For Junior Engineer - 32 Years) (For all other Post Age
Limit Refer Official Notification). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for
SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for
SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India
rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt.
