Eligibility Criteria for SSB Vacancy 2017:

Educational Qualification:

1. Assistant Sub - Inspector (W/L) - Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering & Electrical Engineering /Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Radio Technology Engineering Form A recognised Institute

2. Police Constable - 12^th Pass

3. Constable Driver - 10^th Pass, 12^th, Having Valid Light Motor Vehicle Driving Licence

4. Police Constable (RTO/Radio Mechanic/Cipher) - 12^th in Science Stream or ITI

5. Inspector of Excise - Any Degree

6. Excise Guard - 12^th, Pass

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between (For Post 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 - 18 Years to 25 Years), (For Post 5- 30 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
