Eligibility Criteria
for AP Postal Circle Vacancy 2018:
Educational Qualification:
a)
MTS
i) MTS of
the recruiting unit and neighboring units who have put in. three years of
regular service in the grade including the service if any put in erstwhile
Group 'D' on regular basis as on 01-04-2017.
b)
GOS
i) GDS of
the recruiting unit and neighboring units who have worked for at least five
years in that capacity as on 01-04-2017.
Age Limit: (As on 01.04.2017)
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed 50 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years
for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years
for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of
India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per

i)
50% vacancies on the basis of Limited Departmental Competitive examination by
promotion among MTS of recruiting Division
ii).
50% vacancies by direct recruitment on the basis of competitive Examination
limited to GDS of the recruiting division
2. Mail Guard
i).
25 % vacancies on the basis of LDCE by promotion among MTS of recruiting Dn.
ii).
25% vacancies by Direct recruitment on the basis of competitive examination
among GDS of recruiting division
