Eligibility Criteria
for NIEPID Vacancy 2018:
Educational Qualification:
1. Special Education Teacher - a)
Graduate and Diploma in Special Education (MR) or equivalent or b) B.Ed. in
Special Education (MR) or c) BRS(MR) with specialization in Special Education
2. RCI registration as professional in Special Education (MR
2. Home Visitor/Teacher - Degree from
a recognized University 2. Master’s Degree in Social Work
3. Junior Special Education
Teacher - 1.a) Graduate and Diploma in Special Education (MR) or equivalent with
two years experience of working with children with mental retardation. OR B.Ed.
in Special Education (MR) OR c) BRS (MR) with specialization in Special
Education RCI registration as personnel/ professional in Special Education (MR)
4. Stenographer - S.S.L.C./Matriculation
or equivalent examination 2.Typewriting (English) 40 w.p.m. 3.Shorthand
(English) 100 w.p.m..
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 35
Years), (For Post 2 - 30 Years), (For
Post 3 - 30 Years), (For Post 4 -
18 to 28 years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years
for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s &
13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates
