Computer Programmer -1- Students having a Graduation degree in
computer science or MCA from a recognised university with a minimum of 50%
marks or, above. 2- Having a graduate degree from a govt recognised university
And Having a Certificate of Diploma in Post Graduate Computer Programmer from
Human Resource Development Ministry or Electrical Department, Govt of India or
any Government Department. 3- Having a minimum of 3 yrs experience in any
undertaking or any govt recognised department
