Eligibility Criteria
for GRSE Vacancy 2018:
Educational Qualification:
1. Deputy General Manager -DGM (Tech): Four years full time degree in Engineering or
equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks in the discipline of Mechanical
/ Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval
Architecture. + i. 15 years’ post qualification experience either singularly or
collectively in “Ship building” / “Ship design” / “Ship Repair” / “Overseeing
the construction of Naval Ships or Submarines”. ii. Experience in handing
installation, STW (Setting to Work) and commissioning of Electrical weapon
systems / operating and maintaining gas turbines (preferably LM 2500) on board
IN Ships / Experience in dealing with Naval / Coast Guard Authorities, CDA
Navy, Cargo clearance by Air & Sea, liaisoning with various Materials
Organizations / Authorities will be an added advantage. iii. Candidates from
Govt. / PSU / Autonomous organizations should have 2 years’ experience in immediate
lower grade whereas Candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable
CTC of SM Grade. iv. Naval Officers of the rank of Commander & above or
equivalent in Army / Air Force / Coast Guard meeting the experience criteria
may also be considered. v. For details refer DGM (Tech)-IT: Four years full
time degree in Engineering or equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks
in the discipline of Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer

2. Deputy Manager - Full
Time Graduate with 2 years full time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma with First
Class or 60% overall marks in Mass Communication / Advertising / Journalism /
Public Relations + i. 5 years’ experience in Public Relations Agency / Any
related industry. ii. Candidates from Govt. / PSU / Autonomous organizations
should have 2 years’ experience in immediate lower grade whereas Candidates
from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC of AM Grade
3. Junior Manager - Master’s
degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level. Or Master’s
degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level Or Master’s
degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and
English as subject at the degree level. OR Master’s degree in any subject other
than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as subject at the degree
level. OR Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with
Hindi and English as subjects at degree level. + 08 years’ experience in
implementation and promotion of Hindi language, translation from Hindi to
English
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 48
Years), (For Post 2 - 35 Years), (For
Post 3 - 32 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years
for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years
for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of
